Well I looooove me some polka dots but I do use them a lot... lol! So I thought I was go with something a little different and not as obvious! And I wanted some bright fun colors!
So here is my little card with the seeds as polka dots and the bazzil polka dotted trim and of course some lush polka dot ribbon!
