PTI Stamp-a-faire Goes Canadian!

Ok so 15 of us settled in for 14 hours of Papertrey goodness yesterday for Stamp-a-faire 2012! Last year we went to Cincinnati for the first one and it was so much fun!

Since we have such a big group of followers here and a few of them have been asking for a get together I figured what perfect timing!

This is us settling in...




A huge thank you to everyone who brought food and treats...


Kathryn gave delicious popcorn a camp feel with jiffy pop holders...


Rosanne made s'more trail mix...


Jeannie brought these for everyone too, those are apples in the parchment bags!


I made s'more pops...


Avril made these little gable boxes to hold little gifts for the participants...


Inside, I put in the washi tape on a stick, Avril put in ribbon, buttons, pins and cupcake liners and Sharon put in a crocheted flower!


We had a "For Sale" table so we could trade stuff!


At the 2 hour mark our project table looked like this...


At the end of the night the project tables (yes we needed 2) looked like this...






Such an amazing time and the talent was crazy!
Looks like we are planning another already!

Little Red Wagon - Packaging!

Hello All, sorry late with my posts this week! I am planning a crop on Saturday with 15 of my closest friends!  It is going to be a blast... I hope!

Anywhooo, challenge this week is use some pretty scrappy packaging! I used the prima plastic flower cards... easy peasy!

Judy is trying to cool us all down by getting us to think about CHRISTMAS!  Brrrr!

I made this little tree card out of a standard A2 folder card with scissors and a ruler.... retro, I know!

The Scrapping Bug DT Reveal!

Here is my double layout that I created with over 30 pictures of Jack's b-day party last year.

 I used... Mr Heuy Mist in White, Studio Calico Wood Veneers (Cameras and People) Basically Bare Arrows, Canvas Corp Paper, AC Thickers, AC Amy Tangerine Sketchbook Line, AC Die Cut Layered Stickers. The frame I fussy cut out so I could use both sides of the paper. Check out the blog for details on that!

I also used that cool chevron tutorial that Sharon linked up on the Bug Forum! Brilliant and thanks for that Sharon!

  

I will be back tomorrow with another layout! I just couldn't stop myself with these papers!

I wanted to start today's reveal with a single page layout.  I am playing with AC's Sketchbook line by Amy Tan.

I felt this paper can really handle a little of a lot of black!  :)
