My Last DT Reveal!

As I have finished up with Two Scrapbook Friends as their DT Coordinator to take some much needed time to focus on family and our new house... I share with you my last DT reveal! Hope you like!

I also altered this stocking using MR Mist some trim and stickers... hard to believe is was just plain canvas before!

Two Scrapbook Friends Christmas Blog Hop!

Welcome and thanks for visiting today! This will be my last big project for the Two Scrapbook friends Design Team, it has been a great run! :)

I have some Christmas Tags to show you today and I just love them. Mostly because of the color combo... so soft and wintery!

I made 17 but it was fairly easy once you design the first and list out all the little steps, you just get to work. Preferable watching your favorite Christmas movie! :)

I dyed my ribbon with a soft peach tone to compliment my melon felt Peace word and added a layer of glitter to brighten my clothes pin up! The bells are just for fun! :)

2SF's Friendzy Friday!

I am going to show you how to make this little mini tree ornament album! Cute huh!

You will need these supplies...

You will need to punch 20 little 3/4" circles out of paper.

The take each one and fold them up the side of the metal flower.

The glue them around the outside back of the metal flower.

Next glue the last 10 around the front onto the petals.

Next punch five 2" circles out of coordinating paper and build you mini book using a scrap piece of ribbon.

Next you can us the cropadile to punch through two holes to have the photo holders to hold your mini book in.

Finally to finish up, just decorate and bling, a bow, string and details to the cover of your mini book. Lastly don't forget to sign the back and date the year the pics are from! :)

Two Scrapbook Friends - Scrappy Challenge!

Two Scrapbook Friends - Online Crop!

2SF's Friendzy Friday!

The last FF of October... I probably should have done Halloween but my mind is so on Christmas as I ramp up for the move and think about decorating our new home!

I have looked for little glassine bags everywhere and they are hard to find, so I made some!

I made this little treat bag for Jackson... it is safe to spill on the ground cause it is just trail mix! :)


I used these supplies... parchment paper, glue stick, ribbon, stamps, ink, pattern paper.


I measured out an 8: x 9" piece of parchment.
Fold into an 8" x 6" piece by folding in 3"
Then fold the other side in 2" to make an 8" x 4" rectangle.
Pink both ends with pinking sheers.


Next you need to glue the 2 flaps together.
Fold up the bottom and glue down.
Then I stamped the front with a few flakes.
Folded down the top and punched two holes for ribbon.


Then I made a cute little tag...


Filled it up with trail mix and tied it up with ribbon!


I think he will love it!

2 SF's Friendzy Friday!!

I decided to do a little tutorial on how I make a little envie for those weird sized cards.

Here I am making an envelope to fit a 3x3 card!


So I cut a piece of 3 1/2" x 7" thin cardstock.


I score it at 1/4" on both sides.


The at 2 1/2" and 5 1/2".


I like to put a little x on the section I need to cut away.


Then I cut them away! :)


Next just to make it look a little cleaner, I rounded the corners.


Then just fold up the side flaps.


I like to put the glue on the bottom flap cause if you put it on the side flaps you could go too high with it!


And you are done!

WCMD Contest at 2SF's!

Guess what is coming... on October 1st? You guessed it... WORLD CARD MAKING DAY!

Over at Two Scrapbook Friends, we want to see all your amazing cards! So we are creating a special WCMD section in our gallery for you to upload all your cards!
