Chore Chart!

Member me!  I made a chore chart for my entitled ungrateful kids... I kid but they have been frustrating me with thinking a fairy comes in through the night and cooks and cleans everything!

So here it is...

Wanted to do the close up of the sticky fabric but fail it looks like a whore chart... lol!

This is where Mom and Dad can give buttons for good behaviour and take them away for bad behaviour!  At 10 buttons we can issued rewards!

 This is where odd jobs and tasks will become available with a little bit of cash attached to them!

 I have extra clips and pins in the tin and some cards with odd jobs on them and some blank, in case we need them.

Here are the daily chores... just the basics. When they do them, they can move the clothes pin from the do side to the done side!

Trying to get a close up of the pins and this little bugger couldn't stay away from the camera! Gosh I love her!

Here is a close up Jack's daily tasks on clothes pins!

Had so much fun making this! Used some cricut, studio calico paper, american crafts thickers, MME paper and papertrey buttons!

Snow Fun!

I am pretty sure the hubby would kill me if he knew I posted this pic, layout or no layout! We joke that he is like Chandler when the camera turns on... lol!

A Double!

Right now I am on my way to my first weekend at Memories Manor in the USA!

Looking forward to an awesome weekend with great friends!

Had a crop with some friends in February... it was an awesome day and I even did 5 or 6 layouts!

This is the double I finished!

More layouts coming these next few days and even more after this weekend!

Little Red Wagon - Tag it!

Beautiful Christmas tags... I made these for a swap that a group of friend and I do every year!  Our wonderful host Martha (I mean Rosanne) always throws such an amazing event.

Anyway here is my tag, I hope everyone liked it! I know I love each and everyone I received.

I cut the mitten on the silhouette, embossed it, inked it, sewed on a burlap ruffle, added crocheted trim, layered on that is some jingle bells tied with rustic jute twine over a snippet of glittered wreath with some pins stuck in behind.  I created the Joy and cut it on my silhouette (so proud of myself). I added a punched snowflake and holly leaves and a little pearl!

Little Red Wagon - Trim the Tree!

Tammy has asked us to "trim the tree" this week on LRW!  Know I have the Kenny and Dolly Christmas song in my head!

Anyways.... I thought I would share these two projects I did for my niece and nephew!  They really liked them but I think my sister liked them more!

This one is Sebastians...

I used Basic Grey Jovial, a fun bottle brush tree and I made that snowman to match the paper!

This is Erika's...

I used My Minds Eye, one of my favorite Christmas lines of all time.  Again, I made the snowman and the trees to match the paper.

I also put a little clip on each one to hold their Santa photo each year!

The Scrapping Bug DT - Part 1!

I had the most amazing kit from The Scrapping Bug and it was Glitz Designs! Such a beautiful line and I really enjoyed playing with it this past month!

This is my first layout... I used the SC star burst mask to trace and cutout the sections of pattern paper.  I glittered some hearts, added some wooden SC birds and words and Mr. Heuy, Pebbles flags, sewing and lots of journaling.

A close up... Here is another layout and I used my favorit piece of pp from the line and the base for this layout! It is sooo pretty! I used some Crate wood, PP wooden letters, Heidi Swap words, MME dots, sewing and lots of washi tape! A close up... Be back tomorrow with the rest!

Love love love this little set from Papertrey... so many uses and so easy to use!

I bought this entire MME Christmas line (stamps and all)and then proceeded to hoard it last year.  So it is gotta be used this year!  :)

Judy is trying to cool us all down by getting us to think about CHRISTMAS!  Brrrr!

I made this little tree card out of a standard A2 folder card with scissors and a ruler.... retro, I know!

TSB 1 Hr Crop!

Helen hosted another 1 hr crop over at the Bug forum on Saturday night and it was just as fun as the first!

There was a sketch provided and off we went... here is my layout.

I used a MME 6x6 pad, some stampin up brads and page clip, sprinklers and mr heuy mists, thickers
a maya roads mini ticket, a studio calico wood veneer camera, a metal star from goodness knows where and my handy dandy sewing machine!

Summer time reminds me of the Great outdoors so I wanted everyone to great a layout with tree or flowers or bugs... whatever!

Craft Room Decor!

I made this little frame for above my sewing machine in my crafty cave!

I really liked how it turned out with just a frame, a piece of MME scrapbook paper and some spool of thread in my fav colors, of course!
