Thank You Card Set!

Finally this is my altered project for my DT work for May! I had the baby boy line for Little yellow bicycle and it is so cute! I also had more fun playing with my Reuse QuicKutz set.

So in love with it!

I basically made a little 3x3 card set then a shallow box to hold then, next I used a piece of vellum to coover the top of the cards and then a sleeve to keep everything together.

This is with the sleeve and vellum cover off.

I made the dress by die cutting the dress out of QuicKutz Chipboard and added glitter & bling to the sticky side. Fun... I just love being covered in glitter! :)

Jillibean for Boys!

Had a request for an anniversary card for a friends hubby and so I reached for this delicious Jillibean Soup striped paper! I know what you are thinking... there is a heart on this card! I "man"ed it up with some brads! I also finished it off with the Ali Edwards sentiment!

A Double!

I created this layout for a challenge issued on Turtle Soup! The challenge was to alter chipboard... so I did! :)

In case you can't tell, I painted the "dad" chipboard with paint and both the arrows are embossed and painted!

Ok... so this is my submission for Use It # 8 , an awesome site for using your mountainous supply! You know you got one! lol

This is a weird little shot so you can see the tool I used! The paper crimper only I crimped one way then crimped the other to soften it! Check the site out and make a card! :)

Rasberry Suite Color Challenge 4!

What a beautiful color combo and bedding set I might add!

I have had a lot of requests for mother's day cards and so everything I do right now is for the Mom's! I had this finished in time but thought it was a week long challenge... oops!
Stuff... Everything is Papertrey Ink with the exception of the embossing folder by QuicKutz, the border punch by fiskars, the heart punch by Martha Stewart and the thickers by American Crafts.

Papertrey Ink Spring Fling Challenge!

OK... so this inspiration photo is so pretty but it is also the one I would normally find toughest to translate into a card. So I definitely had to pick it!

Here is my card...

you should click on it for a closer up because the bloom has that flower soft on it! So pretty! And so soften the look of the stamped images, I dipped a small paint drush in the Fresh Snow ink and swiped it over that section!

I also made my ribbon edges frey... GASP, I know!

Love Becky's DT work for Papertrey Ink and she is hosting a little challenge of her this week! It was to use acetate which I normally wouldn't do so I thought... now is the time! She also wanted you to be super creative... hmmm I tried.

Color Inspiration Challenge # 50!

Wow I can't belive there have been 50 of Kristina's Color Inspiration Challenges. I think I have participated in 35 of them at least! This time is a bit different because there is some prizes and who doesn't like prizes... right! Go to Color Inspiration # 50 for more info.

Um this pin cushion is delish!

I can't lie... I just love my card for this challenge! I punched the circles and then I soaked them with water and scrunched them up! Probably not a new technique but it is new to me!

Wedding Set!

Ok so this was what I was doing most of March...my nieces wedding invitations!

I used all Papertrey Ink products cause they rock like Phil Collins!

I also used a cuttlbug embossing folder on the thank you cards and 2 Stampin up punched to make the favor tags!

So there were... 50 Save the dates, 50 wedding invitations, 50 RSVP cards, 125 favor tags, 125 place cards, 13 table numbers and 75 thank you cards (I still have 25 of those to make).

Shot of the table numbers! I used QuicKutz Mary Jane font... a staple for any scrapbooker for sure!

My sister just received her and loved them! Yay!

Demask Happy Anniversary!

Had some time to play with my new demask set by Dawn McVey over at PTI! So pretty!
